- Comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, as well as the guidelines issued by regulatory bodies and applicable to the Company, and the Code of Conduct;
- Collect arrears from customers;
- Enforcement of legal proceedings and/or judgments and/or orders.
- Use Personal or Company Information for Consultancy Service Promotion
Use personal or company information to directly promote the Company's consultant services using the names and contact information of customers (including telephone numbers, fax numbers, email and/or mailing addresses).
- Transfer of personal or company information
Transfer of personal or company information by customers in the company's possession may be transferred to the following parties:
- Government agencies, regulatory agencies and/or other lawful authorities;
- Court, the tribunal and/or the parties involved in the legal process;
- The receiving company.
- Cessation of Direct Promotions
To request the cessation of direct promotions Under the Ordinance, customers have the right to request the Company to stop using and/or transfer their personal data to third parties for direct promotion at any time, without charge, even if the Customer has consented to the Use and/or Transfer of Their Personal or Company Data to a third Party for direct promotion. Customers may write to the Company at Unit 2D, Fuk Wo Industrial Building, No. 5 Sheung Hei Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, requesting that the Company cease to use its personal or company information for such purposes.
- Browsing Records

Accordingly, customers can write to the Company at any time to the Company in Room 2D of Fu and Industrial Building at 5 Shuangxi Street, New Pugang, Kowloon. Under this Ordinance, the Company has the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing customers' access to their personal or company data.
